My uncle has just been diagnosed with cancer, he is a guy I really admire. It's quite depressing but i'm optamistic that he will be ok, not quite sure how I will take it if worse comes to worse.

"Trends" includes topics like recent research, that too covers a lot of territory, there is for example very positive research on a vaccine against breast cancer, it is totally possible you or someone you care about could benefit from that research, or other research in other fields. Point is, health applies to YOU, the only real thing of any real value you have in your life is your health so you need to be aware of how to best take care of it.

Definitely Obesity. Everywhere I look and everywhere I go are these overweight people who don't care how they look or what they eat. And I don't want to even hear of this, they can't help it! Just put the blame on someone else like McDonalds; yea, right.
