If your breeder was reputable, the parents would have been certified clear of hip problems by OFA, and the eyes would have been certified by CERF. If the breeder did these checks, your pup is not toally immune to problems, but is a whole LOT less likely to have them. If it's falling out (more then just your average shedding or molting), patchy or thin your dog may have a problem.
