If he's never had any vaccinations, taking him to a dog park is probably one of the worst areas you can take him to. He will be succeptable to anything and everything the other dogs have brought to the park (from worms to distemper, parvo, or other deadly diseases).
Putting a muzzle on him won't do much for disease or parasites infecting him. Wait until you have him fully vaccinated to bring him any place there are multiple animals running around (parks, pet stores, etc). It's safer for your dog. Most places like that require proof of vaccinations before you can bring the dog anyway.

From day of birth to the 2 months that a pup can leave its mother any decent breeder will provide proof of physical care such as injections, proof of birth, microchipping & check ups. This way if you choose to breed the dog itself you have all of its records from day 1, these records are essential to show to other breeders.

Its kind of like a log book for your car but for your dog.

When anyone is "incarcerated", whether it's for mental health, arrested, etc., it has to become public record. The purpose behind it is so the "powers that be" can not lock up people without anybody knowing about it.

It's not health insurance. It's indemnity coverage. So, if you get $300, $500, $1000, or $2000 of hospital coverage per day, you'd be responsible for the rest. So if the hospital cost $4000 you'd be the difference. If it cost $8000 you'd pay the difference. Get the point. It's very expensive for what you're getting. You could get a $10,000 deductible health insurance plan, be taking a lot less risk, and likely have a much lower monthly rate.

If you go to the doctor...they'll give you $30 ONCE per year to do so. So, if on your first visit it runs $300...they'll give you $30.

Just get an insurance broker and buy a comprehensive plan. You can send a check to the BBB and you too can use the BBB logo on your site.
