if you dont have any health issues , Height and weight are in rigtht ratio you may not need all the tests.

Blood count , BP, Blood sugar are the basic test any one would need.

Consult a doctor to choose the right package.

In my area its called family planning and they do checkups yearly. if you are a guy there should be a local clinic. contact your local assistance office and they should be able to help you find the information you need. i can't help you with what the checkup will be b/c i don't know your gender
