No. If it is a Medicaid plan you will need to reapply for Medicaid in TN and, if approved, get on a new TN plan if available or straight Medicaid if a plan is not available. If it is a Medicare plan it will cover you for emergency and urgent care only for 2 months after your move. Medicare plans are state and even county specific, so you'll need to find a plan in the county you move to within that 2 month period.
