Try taking your mother to a clinic. More likely than not, she has a bladder infection. It can easily, and cheaply be diagnosed by a urine culture. She'd be given antibiotics. She should take all of them exactly as prescribed, and not skip any if she starts feeling better before all the medication is gone. That could cause the infection to come back... more severely.

If you try that and your mother doesn't start to get relief within a week of first starting her medication TAKE HER TO A DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL.
