Sounds like a sociopathic or narcisstic personality disorder. HOWEVER, the mere fact that you recognize those symptoms and fear having them is a definite positive for you because that means you are aware and will do all you can to educate yourself and get help if indeed you start having those symptoms. I believe you will do fine.

My suggestion is she see a doctor and have some GI tests run. She could have anything from ulcers to food allergies or even celiac disease.

By the way, food allergies can cause muscle pain. I have fibro and have found that I'm sensitive to wheat, it increases my muscle pain.
