What are some calming herbal teas/health supplements for calming the mind and relieving stress? We Answered:
I was looking for the same thing, I find that lavendar helps. I also looked through the teas at the grocery store and found a Celestial Seasonings one for "sleepytime". It doesn't make me sleep per se, but it IS calming. I can't remember if that's the exact name, but it contains "tilia flower" as a calming agent. And no caffiene, of course :)Ernest Said:

Theres also ginko tea and herbs as well as extracts for energy.
Also my aunt works with different herbs she's one of those
Natural's Doctors and I have learned that natural things help you out better. I try teas and herbs before a tylenol.
So carry on with your teas(just look into the caffeine free teas)
and do your research to make sure the ones you choose aren't harmful when you drink them everyday.
