I have read many bad reviews about every company. It almost always boils down to two things. Either the person doesn't understand what they're buying or they're trying to pull a fast one over the insurance company.

People often go for the plan with cheapest premium, not the plan that has the coverage they want. Therefore, when claim time comes around and the procedure is not covered they blame the insurance company. Or, they do not list health conditions on the application, then when the insurance company finds out about their conditions and cancels the policy the person blames the insurance company.
