Honestly I can't tell you the best one, but do not go with Everest health care. I live in Utah, and even though they should have covered my surgeries in this past year they did not, and they have been horrible. We are in the process of leaving them, and possibly taking action against them.

We have been with Utah Idaho Teamsters Insurance for 15 years, and there are just some things they WON'T pay for. They won't pay for a woman's yearly exam, they don't think it is necessary, explain that one to me? They won't pay for birth-control pills even if you have a note from the dr explaining you are taking them to help with endometrosis, for those things that are not "medically" necessary they just won't pay, doesn't matter how much you scream and yell it doesn't help, believe me I've been on the phone for HOURS with them. We have 2 health insurances which helps with the bills, but Teamsters is more expensive to purchase especially with the family plan and his is primary for our child since my husband is older than I am. I'd suggest you take your child to the cheap country ran health care and get the shots, the shots are pretty cheap, that's what I did for the required tetnus shots 5 years ago. It just doesn't do any good to yell, I've even sent letters to them and it hasn't done any good. All I can say is good luck....
