I think part of the problem is that you are using words you may not be comfortable with, so it's hard to know exactly how to use them. Your use of prepositions, like *to* and *with*, are off. Some of your sentences don't have the meaning I think you're looking for, or it's a little bit odd use of the words.

I know this is very hard to do! Ask the teacher or counselor to help you, so you have the best chance of being admitted to the school of your choice. It's their job to help you!
