Medical records could be a good choice because you mostly stay in the file room. Medical coding, which involves sitting and abstracting procedure and diagnosis codes from patient charts would also be a good choice. Medical billing depending upon the position may or may not involve patient interaction. Some IT positions where you work with computers may or may not involve patient interaction.

I also know of nurses who go through RN training and become administrators because they really don't want to deal with patients. Some doctors train and go into research or become a pathologist, because they don't usually interact with patients.

You could try therapy. No, not seeing a therapist, being one. There are many kinds- occupational therapist, music therapist, speech therapist, recreational therapist, and of course the best known- physical therapist. These are just a few types of therapists, and few of them have to worry about being squeamish.
Then, of course, there are psychologists and psychiatrists. Which kind of medical profession you decide on should answer the question "How do I want to help people?". Or, are you just in it for the money?
