Once in college DON'T settle for anything less than a B!!
Also do some volunteer work during your high school free time like at a hospital!
And The best colleges in the West for medicine are: UCSF school of Med., Stanford, UCLA, UCSD.
In the east... Harvard (of course), Johns Hopkins, Cornell, Yale, Boston U,..
Also Baylor college in Texas (very good school)...
