If the least amount of school is what u seek, I would recommend medical administration. Just as the title suggests, it consists of all the aspects of the clerical side of medicine. Billing, coding, medical office and patient information management are just a few aspects you will learn in a course thats any where from 10 months to 2 years. You also learn anatomy & physiology and medical terminolgy on an intermediate level. And to top it all off, you'll acquire computer skills that you can take to any field! Most of these courses offer job placement and some certification as Medical Biller, Coder, Administrator. You'll also qualify as a Medical Receptionist, Secretary, Office Manager.
