Career In The Medical Field

Anthony Said:

I need advice on my future career in the medical field?

We Answered:

If you're good at studying and math, then you should definitely try and be some kind of doctor. You'll make more money and you'll change people's lives in a way that no one else can--not even nurses or paramedics. You'll need to study hard, but you won't need to study all of the time. Of course nurses and paramedics are also vital to our medical system, but try to get into med school, and then have nursing as a back-up plan.

By the way you've phrased the question, however, it sounds like you want us to tell you that you should be a paramedic. So if that's where your heart's set, then you should go for it. But you shouldn't be worried that becoming a doctor will make you a jerk. There are plenty of kind, enlightened doctors in the world. If you really care about helping people, that's what you should be.

Medical Field Career change?

We Answered:

I am a dental hygienist and think that anything in the medical field would be a good move. Retail is a very iffy place right now so it would be a great change. Good luck!
