Career Opportunities In Medical Field

Tara Said:

which military branch is best for college, career opportunities and money?

We Answered:

I'm biased, because I'm retired Air Force. It provides a little higher quality of life.

Ruth Said:

I am very interested in going into the bioethics and medical ethics field? advice?

We Answered:

From the top of my head, I haven't heard of this course being offered at undergraduate level at any Scottish university but you should double check with all the universities you're interested in. If you're still interested in Glasgow (Edinburgh and Aberdeen), you'll have to have your research cut out:

1) Find a suitable course for you (Undergraduate Course List: http://www.gla.ac.uk/undergraduate/)
http://www.abdn.ac.uk/undergraduate/find…
http://www.ed.ac.uk/studying/undergradua…

2) Terminology: Words such as "college" and "major" have different meaning in Scotland (and the rest of the UK). Glasgow University isn't a college, it is a university; you are applying to universities in Scotland, not colleges. College =/= University. Also, the term "major" isn't really used in the UK. In Scotland, in most cases: you apply for a course (via UCAS) and study two other subjects in your first year etc.

I know this doesn't really answer this question, but I wasn't able to edit my answer in your other question before it closed. Hope it helps anyway.
