It's never too late to change your mind about what you want to do. But instead, you should ask yourself if you really have a genuine interest in the medical field. Don't think about money. I am a strong believer that anyone can be successful in any field, as long as they have the passion and drive for it.

Maybe you could think about broadening your business education, instead? Or something related to what you are doing? Is that your true interest?

Take some health and science courses, and see if you like them before all-out changing your mind. Try doing some volunteer or shadow work, if need be.
