You can avoid blood as a doctor (as a psychiatrist or radiologist, for instance) or nurse, but you CANNOT avoid it in medical school or nursing school

If by "medical," you mean helpful and health-related, then there are things like:

-- occupational therapist
-- chiropractor
-- health educator
-- nutritionist

If by "medical," you have something more scientific in mind, then there are options like:
-- researcher
-- pharmacologist

If you are interested in health care administration, then all your choices there are blood free. :)

By the way, many people feel squeemish around blood. If there's something you want to do, you have the option of working to get rid of your phobia, instead of letting your phobia dictate your life.
