Nursing is good, it depends what you want to do in radiology, for a radiologist one would have to study medicine. You can opt. for radiology technician, if interested.
Other fields: pharmacy, physical therapist, physician assistant, scientist - research assistant , all these require less no. of years than doctors do.

You could always be a medical assistant. It requires high school diploma and medical assistant certificate and 0-2 years of experience. They make decent money. And LPNs make good money too and require a high school diploma and is certified as a licensed practical nurse. Hopefully I helped. If you want here is a site I recommend.

To be honest, less than a year of schooling for something in the medical field is going to result in some type of certificate that doesn't have great pay.
