Take a 2 year Pactical Nurse program to avoid the 4 years waiting list for a Regitered Nurse program. 2 year PN's matriculate into 4 year RN programs for the remaining 2 years. Practice not sleeping, how to maintain weight on fast food, studying in the shower, and remebering everyones names at home.

The financial reward is moderate, but if you like helping people, the work is priceless and in high demand.

The Navy or any other branch isn't a "jobs" program. Those occupations you listed are filled by Civilians, not Navy personnel, officer or otherwise. Maybe a physician but you will have to put yourself through medical school. Now you can go get your degree, apply for a commission and the Navy will pay back a huge chunk if not all of your student loans in exchange for a four years or more commitment contract as a naval officer or even enlisted but if you think you're going to play research psychologist then forget it. The Navy as all the other branches are "War fighting' tools, not play around college professors in uniform. Go to the Navy Website, check out some commissioning sources and see the avenues to take but like I said if you think they need an O-5 Green Peace commissioner you're going to be very highly disappointed.

I hate the fact that people don't answer this important question and take the time to answers the stupid ones.

Ok this is what I'm doing this fall, I'm going to be a dental hygienist and then get my health science major since i would only need around 56 credits more. Then with that i would go into med school for pharmacist or a general dentist.

You can be a Registered Nurse, dental assistance, and lots of other jobs. Just look for it in good and you will find lots of useful information because most of the time this people in yahoo answers don't know ****.
