What career path is going to be better in the future? Engineering or Medical?

We Answered:

Pharmacist. It's more flexible. My cousin's wife is a pharmacist, and when she had their daughter she was able go to part-time while still making a decent amount of money. Also, Walgreens paid for her graduate education in full. They offered to pay her undergrad, but she didn't take them up on it (which she regrets).

Kristen Said:

How can I choose a carreer in the Medical Field to go to college for? How can I choose the best one for me?

We Answered:

There are a lot of things you can do. Think about your interests and make a list. If provided, go to a counselor at school with your list and talk to them. Most of the time they can help you. Going to college with the ROTC plan is the best way to go. I'm really proud that you're taking that step. My fiance did ROTC and I couldn't imagine how it would be like if he didn't. Also, if your counselor at school cannot talk to you. Contact a recruiting office for the branch you are looking to be a part of. They should also be able to give you some insight. Many people I know in the military (doing the ROTC plan) have majors that range from psychology to engineering. There's a lot of options, and resources for you to help find what you're looking for.
