Congratulations on graduating from high school early! Regarding the medical/allied health field, medical assistants seem to be having a lot of trouble finding work lately especially with so many training programs thus not enough job vacancies to accommodate the graduates.

Perhaps volunteering in various fields may help steer one is the right direction: http://www.volunteermatch.org and the local hospital or nursing home may also have a need for volunteers (albeit usually non-direct patient care).
