Even as the economy seems to be declining rapidly, there are still and will be a need for healthcare staff as the healthcare industry is sort of like a recession-proof business as people are always sick and need to see their Doctors or to have annual physicals, drug testing for their employers, etc. And not to mention, this is a HUGE city and most MAs do continue to further their education to become RNs are study to focus in one specific area of healthcare, which makes positions a little more available in random areas of this great city. However, don't be discourage; start filling out applications and just be patient, you WILL get a job! Be encourage!

Usually you can look on hospital websites and type in the job you are looking for. That is what I do, but I live in TN. I am sure Maryland does the same thing on their hospital websites.

I think it's a scam. It's like I read all the time and say jobs at entry level start at 45k, but when they offer you a job, it's 12 bucks an hour.

They have so much information on there that i think will really benefit you. It helped me and also any body else I have recommended it to.
