MEDICAL ASSISTING TRAINING IN CLEVELAND, OH?We Answered:
lol. how long is too long to you? most medical assistant programs are 6-8 months. mine was only 2 months, but i went to a special training program, that i dont think anywhere else has. Or you could go to your local community college and take Phlebotomy, and EKG courses, but i think for those classes you need to have the money up front.....Wesley Said:
What additional training for Medical Assisting wanting to be a vet tech?We Answered:
General career info: http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search 'veterinary technicians' or such. I believe that the person has had to obtain their associate's (two year) degree from an accredited program in vet tech as well as completed a clinical fieldwork experience as part of graduation.US colleges: http://www.utexas.edu/world/univ
Please steer clear of those online, for profit schools such as penn foster, US career, stratford career, capella, ITT tech, sanford brown, university of phoenix and such: http://www.capellauniversitysucks.us
http://www.ripoffreport.com and can type into search.

whats the best career training school to go to in houston tx for MEDICAL ASSISTING?We Answered:
Do what yo really love to do. Dont get tempted into a medical career for the salary. Although the medical field is stable, Medical assisting jobs pay like garbage compared to other professions like finance. Do what you love to do, and youll make more money doing it with less effort.Thelma Said:
Transition From Medical Assisting To Registered Nurse Q?We Answered:
You may be able to use the course as an elective. Make sure you present a course curriculum from your CMA school to the RN college the academic advisor for the RN progam can tell you if their electives and how much credit will definitely transfer over. You can do this before starting your program.Howard Said:

Has anyone gone through the PCI Medical Assisting Training school in Richardson, Texas? We Answered:
I don't know that program, but you can get that same training at Richland College in Richardson. I taught a class that the students had to take and their feedback was that they were getting jobs. Plus the Dallas Community College programs cost less than any other school.
