Medical Billing And Coding Jobs

Wilma Said:

will jobs in medical billing and coding be in high demand from now until 2012?

We Answered:

Most likely the same as it is now. There is a good outlook for educated employees in this field.

Jamie Said:

Are there any medical coding and billing jobs for new graduate?

We Answered:

Firstly the people running your course should be able to point you in the right direction - they should know people currently working in that trade.

If no luck there I would just start by contacting all the hospitals in your area and introducing yourself, do this before you finish your course.

Personal contact will be much more successful than simply sending in resumes.

Be prepared to call in for a chat/interview when it suits them and have any info available for them to check out.

Good luck.

Caroline Said:

Medical coding/billing jobs are they hard to land?

We Answered:

You probaby won't get a job working at home without experience. Internships don't count as experience.
But, it should be easy for you to find a job if you have a college degree in it, at a hospital or physician's office.

Carl Said:

Are there any ligitimate work from home medical billing and coding jobs?

We Answered:

You can find legitimate home businesses in the areas of direct sales, affiliate marketing, and network/referral marketing, encompassing a variety of product lines and/or services. Some legitimate telecommuting and freelance opportunities include customer service, virtual assistant, tutor, telemarketer, sales, transcription, translation, blogging, online guide, writer, editor, consultant, concierge, nursing, mystery shopping, tech support, marketing, and online juror.

Charlene Said:

Does anyone know about medical billing and coding jobs..........?

We Answered:

Yes, you do But be careful of the schools out there. There are a lot of medical billing schools that really do not train you correctly. Ask them
what is their graduate rate and how many are finding jobsin the field.

Discuss It!
