They offer both medical billing and coding as well as medical transcription. Their courses are all online and self paced which means you work on them when you have time- and you can finish as quickly as you need to. They are also registered with the Better Business Bureau. They have an online demo of their courses which you can take so you can get a feel for how it is taking a course as well as the material they cover. My sister-in-law took a course from them and she really liked it. She said that they have things like crossword puzzle quizzes which made it more interesting and fun. She also said that it was very rigorous which was good because then you know that you will be well prepared for work after you graduate. be advised that any school or on-line study bit that alleges that you can work-at-home doing your "medical coding and billing" job

The ONLY real jobs in the field are ones where the employee mush show up for work at the Clinic or office where the work is organized, this insures the privacy of patent records. There are only a few openings for people who are VERY trusted by their employers to work at home in this field and NEVER are those opportunities advertised on the web!
