medical career choices?

We Answered:

Ummm.. well if u want to do direct health care by that I mean hands on with the patient! It's gonna be hard to no have a some what gory day some where in your career! The other poster suggested a school nurse, that is nice and all until u have a child that vomits all over u! Please if u can't stand gory ur gonna have a problem with nursing school in general! I would suggest volunteering at a hospital or shadow jobs to see what u find interesting! Phlebotomy is an option if u don't mind seeing blood! Medical assistant doesn't sound that bad either! Or maybe CNA, maybe even an physical therapist or pt assistant, or X-ray tech! There's is many choices in the health field! My advice would be to shadow and do research! Good luck to u! Whatever you decide to do I'm sure u will do great! :)

I am thinking about several medical career choice please help?

We Answered:

I just received my degree from Lincoln Online in medical coding and billing. It was a great experience! They are a real accredited school and program. I feel well prepared for the workplace and they even help me find my job. Look into Lincoln College Online Medical coding and billing course, if you are looking towards entering the field or at least make sure any program you consider is accredited.
