I believe any medical career is going to require that you take Anatomy and Physiology. A couple 2 year degrees you might consider looking into are Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Depending on your interests and goals, these could be very rewarding jobs. Both posititions are in high demand you won't have any trouble finding a job after school.
