Would it be a good idea to start my medical career in the Navy?We Answered:
as a female you will NOT be enlisting as an HM. it is closed for at least the rest of the year..and probably longer. if you want to be a Nurse or Doctor and have the military pay for it, you need to go ROTC with the appropriate option, or get your undergrad degree and then apply to USUHS. going those routes will incur at least a 6 year AD commitment after you are commissioned.or enlist in another rating, serve your time get out and use the GI Billto pay for Nursing or Med school.

What career can i have in the health and human services or medical field that don't require much math?We Answered:
Nurse/caregiver is one option. If you are okay with statistics (and I mean stuff like probability, F-Tests, significance testing) then look at the option of research.
Specifically, research into areas like pharmaceutical evaluation, clinical trials, new drug discovery, patient responses to drugs, etc. This requires a lot of chemistry, but only some math. About 90% of the work in drug discovery is biochemistry.
This is probably one of the better paid jobs. You don't need to use a lot of math, but you'll have to take 1-2 college courses (at a pass-fail level). Since you mentioned you're okay with arithmetic and algebra but not geometry, I'm assuming you will like statistics - or at least be able to put up with it.
One question: do you dislike geometry because of the drawing, angles and theorems, or do you dislike co-ordinate geometry? Because if it's the first, then all you have to do is wait it out and you'll find it turns into algebra.

What is the best military medical career choice? We Answered:
Okay. First off you need to get into college. So that means you need to get good grades now, and take all four years of science and math, and do well on the SAT or ACT. You need to apply to about five or six colleges. Make sure you apply to schools you can get into! Once you get there, you need to major in biology or pre-med or something like that. You need to get really good grades. Then take the MCAT and apply to medical school. At that point, start talking to military medical recruiters. The military can help finance medical school and possibly even pay back any student loans you might have from college. You will get hands on experience, possibly even in a combat zone if we are still in Afghanistan ten years from now (I hope not...)

im in electrical engineering, i would like to get involve in medical services, are there any related career? We Answered:
They are starting to develop prosthetic limbs that have motors in them. I know they have been experimenting hooking those up to nerve endings so that the limb functions with brain signals just like a real one. I'm sure that there would be some electrical engineering work in that, but if you're really into medical services you might want to check out biomedical engineering. It seems to be more what you're looking for.
