Medical Careers And Salaries

Georgia Said:

What are some careers with amazing salaries that aren't in the medical field?

We Answered:

very easy field to get into, if you live in the right area is being an in-home caregiver. 1-3 people live with you in your home 24/7 and you basically take care of their needs, whatever the indivudals needs may be. in arizona the average monthyl pay per client is anywhere from 2k-2.5k. my parents take care of 3 and make about 7k every month from all 3 of them.

but it can be very stressful and it can take up a lot of time, and doesnt allow for flexible scheduals often. then again, you dont have to actually GO to work, because its all at home. just the occasional trip to the dentist, doctors office, any other appointments they might have. 1 person living with you can easily pay enough to live on your own.

Medical Careers that will take 5 years the most to complete?

We Answered:

Nursing takes 3 years if you are fast (for an Associate's Degree). I make about 130000 per year as a nurse in California with that degree.

What medical careers require the shortest amount of time and have good salary?

We Answered:

Tech colleges have the best programs. They're a little more expensive, and not all their stuff will transfer to other colleges, but they get you out quickest and into the workforce, so obviously you're able to pay back that money sooner and get settled in your new career.

Your BEST BET would be to jump into a good RN program. RN's start at around 40-50 grand a year. It's tough work and a LOT of studying, but it pays off.
