Is there a reason you prefer Dubai? why not broaden your options and consider the other sdtates of the Emirates ie Abu Dhabi. In Abu Dhabi there is the Tawam hospita , its not so new as some others and less pay but the opportunities and perks are there. What about Kuwait? I have a friend there, pay is excellent, as is the working environment, perks and there is a relatively new new hospital. I cant remember the name but it is Prince something or other also one beginning with a J - youll have to search it. I willl ask my friend tho if you are interested.
