indeed.com is a great site. it scours the web, job boards and even individual company websites that don't list on job boards, but list only on their own company site. so it'll basically find anything that's out there. monster sucks so bad because they charge companies tons of money to advertise on them that basically no one uses them anymore. that's why you need something like indeed, that just automatically checks individual websites on its own.
