What about this, have you thought of providing a service to all those real estate agents to manage records of the deals, create connections with lawyers and bankers and find out how to simplify real estate closings and filings? Seems that every closing I have ever been to takes hours and that everyone is disorganized which makes the closings that much worse. Create a system that could stream line the process and chrge a fair fee for it. Sounds like your skills could be used in a diffrent field, do your research and find a common bond with both these worlds.
