The major problem would be marijuana, since it stays in your system the longest, and you can only really tell if someone is using it while they are still under the influence. Use your common sense to weed out the heroin addicts and crack/meth heads. You can usually spot them by the sores covering their bodies (meth), needlemarks in their veins (heroin, etc), and brown/green rotten teeth (crack/meth). Just use your best judgement for them, but potheads blend in with the general public.
