I understand. At first it seems like your asking about a line medic. Your best way to be a line medic is to join the army as a 68W (combat medic) and go to airborne school. Stay in good shape and when you get to your unit try to prove your the best, be in good shape, and just know your job. Then you get into stuff; see action and really make a difference.
To be a flight medic you join the army as a 68W and then you turn in paperwork to go to flight medic school. Flight medic school is hard, really hard, in fact you only get 1 shot at it and if you fail then thats it; you can never reapply. So if you want to become a flight medic study, there are some good books online you can research, but step 1 is becoming a 68W. Then if you still want to become a flight medic you can also go talk to them and see if its for you. They will take you on a test flight and show you what its like, some people love it, some couldn't do it.

That is the BIGGEST scam! I work in the medical field and we are always getting these graduates begging for work, but they are basically useless to us. The classes teach you a little about everything but not a lot about anything. Don't waste your money!

I know in my area my local medical school hires many medical assistants. Other areas:

*hospitals (you can also apply as a lab assistant....my brother's girlfriend does that and she was a med assistant)
*physician's office

I am a newly graduated certified pharmacy technician, and I had to learn the hard way that hospitals prefer their applicants WITH hospital experience. I am going to be volunteering at my local hospital pharmacy department in order to gain that hospital experience and hopefully get my foot in the door for future employment. You should consider volunteering at your local hospital maybe once or twice a week so that you gan get that hospital experience (that's if you want to work in a hospital setting) and also your foot in the door with possible full-time/part-time employment.
