yes but taking just vit pills dont work alone, my mum had Bepanthene needles for hair fall and it really worked but she took also zinc pills and she had some %100 natural stuff her dr prepared for her which she rubbed to her head every evening, you have to do these things without delaying and you have to be really patient


ps. dont use chemical shampoos, NEVER use hair creams, (try nettle shampoos)

Sounds like you really need to be seing a dermatologist...and soon.

You can start with your own nutrition, particularly by looking seriously at your diet and making sure it's nutritious, and taking a very good multivitamin with folic acid and iron. But nothing will work permanently until you figure out exactly what's causing this. I have honestly never heard of dust causing hair loss, at least non-toxic dust. And if it is toxic, then you have much bigger problems anyway.

Homepathic "medication" is pure BS, hon. So taking it in conjunction with anything else is 100% not harmful, as there are no active ingredients in whatever homeopathic concoction you are planning to take.

I will advise you to stop wasting money on it, though.
