there is a Canadian Fed export agency designed to help you, they even have ads on tv but I forget ? ids edc - something like that, but they are government employees so I wouldn't get too excited about actually getting useful help , after lunch time or before 10 am EST ;);)

You can have an allergic reaction to anything you put in you, or on you. And it doesn’t really need to be something your allergic to, just sensitive. Before the doctor got my medicine right for my Lupus I had two very bad reactions. With medicine from the pharmacist he can give you a list of what the reactions could be. I had them very bad on one medicine. But every reaction is different with each one that I took. With herbs look up what the side effects could be. Just because is says all natural does not mean that it can’t hurt you. Herbs have been used for medicine for years. You have to be careful what you take, and do not add more than one at a time in case you have a reaction. Then you will know what caused it.

This one stumped me before I searched for it.

Its called winter worm summer grass because that it is a fungus that lives on caterpillars in Tibet, in the winter the worm is healthy in Summer the fungus (the disease) has commonly killed the worm off and uses it as nutrients for it. Hence Winter worm, summer grass.

On retrospect I did hear about this but not under this name, it got popular do to Chinese runners saying that they took it to increase their ability.

a qualified YES. If the remedies can be certified to be pure. China is famous for adulterating their herbal products with pharmaceuticals to boost the effect. Some of the drugs are dangerous. Just be sure of the source. Chinese (pure) herbs have a long history of doing amazing healing.
