I use 1/2 hydrogen peroxide and 1/2 hot water(sterile) but only you only want mixture lightly warm for use. I put on inside of wrist like baby bottle to test temperature. Pour in ear. It usually tickles like crazy. Our family hasn't gone to doctor for an earache in years. Hope your feeling better!

Clariton D {12 Hr, or generic), and Motrin, and sugar-free Halls cough drops (if you need them, for a cough) = Daytime.

Nightime: Generic Clariton {NO D in it, so you can sleep), and Motrin.

This helps a Great deal for me whenever I have the Flu. And I do get the Flu once a year.

Some people take Nyquil at night to help them sleep, but I can not. Nyquil has a reverse effect keeping me up all night.
