Have you tried the American Heart Association? I don't know of a free program. Talk to your doctor. To quit on your own, ask yourself why/when you need to smoke. Once you determine that, replace that with something else (not food), like walking, etc. I wanted a cigaret at the computer, after my meals, or when I was stressed. Good luck!
