Homeopathic Medicine For High Blood Pressure

Willie Said:

Homeopathic medicine for high triglyceroids (237)?

We Answered:

High Triglycerides (Hypertriglyceridemia): Many people have elevated blood levels of triglycerides (TGs). Most, although not all, studies indicate that people with elevated triglycerides are at higher risk of heart disease.

Dietary changes that may be helpful:

* Sugar increases TG levels as well. It makes sense for people with elevated TGs to reduce intake of sugar, sweets, and other sugar-containing foods.

* Diets high in fiber are known to lower TGs. Water-soluble fibers, such as pectin found in fruit, guar gum and other gums found in beans, and beta-glucan found in oats, are particularly helpful in lowering triglycerides.

* Cardiologists and most nutritionally oriented doctors recommend a diet low in saturated fat (meaning avoidance of red meat and all dairy except non-fat dairy) to reduce TGs and the risk of heart disease.

* Significant amounts of TG-lowering omega-3 oils EPA and DHA can be found in the fish oil of salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines, anchovies, albacore tuna, and black cod. Many doctors of natural medicine recommend that people with elevated TGs increase their intake of these fatty fish.

* Garlic’s has remarkable ability to lower serum triglycerides levels. Persons with no aversion to the odor can chew one whole clove of raw garlic daily. Otherwise, odor-controlled, enteric-coated tablets standardized for allicin content can be taken in the amount of 900 mg daily (providing 5,000 mcg of allicin), divided into two daily doses.

Lifestyle changes that may be helpful:

* Exercise lowers TG levels.

* Smoking has been linked to elevated TG levels. It makes sense for smokers to quit.

* Obesity increases TG levels. Maintaining ideal body weight helps protect against elevated TG levels.

** Homeopathic remedies for high triglycerides.

Cholesterinum is the most commonly used homeopathic medicine for lowering cholesterol. Take Cholesterinum tablets in 6X potency. 3-4 tablets, 8 hourly preferably empty stomached.

** Personal recommendation **

Top remedy for lowering cholesterol: Get your cholesterol level checked first.

Take ¼ teaspoon of ground Cinnamon sticks (daar cheeni) daily, early in the morning, empty stomached with a teaspoon of honey for 45 days then;

Take ¼ teaspoon of Blackseed (hub-e-aswad, kalonji) daily, early in the morning, empty stomached with a teaspoon of honey for the next 45 days.

Get your cholesterol level checked again and pray for me :)

Oatmeal porridge daily is also excellent for lowering cholesterol.

We Answered:

Write up a birth plan and give it to the hospital. They have to follow it, unless there is something medically wrong with your or baby during the procedure.

Can you recommend a pharmacy in Tokyo w/ English speaking employees?

We Answered:

You can't buy prescription drugs without prescription from a Japanese doctor. So you need to go to a doctor first.

Virginia Said:

My ALT Level in one test is 247 & in second test 147. normal maximum value is 45.?

We Answered:

you might need to be on a prescribed medication like
lipitor or vytorin.
I'm surprised your doctor hasn't mentioned the amount of beer you drink daily, that can affect your liver function and cause your alt to rise.
if you only drink beer for the flavor or to be sociable try drinking the non alcoholic beer which will not have the affect on your liver

Samantha Said:

Can you recommend a pharmacy in Osaka w/ English speaking employees?

We Answered:

You need an English speaking pharmacist like a fish needs a bicycle. The doctor gives you prescription and you take it to the pharmacy and they fill the prescription. Talking to the pharmacist isn't going to get you anything else but what was prescribed. All you have to do is pay. No questions asked, no need for conversation.
