I think conrad fisher is great. I haven't done the review with him, but I did watch his videos for step 1 and step 2. i think transport fees exceeds the price of the book itself (great possibility i am outside ur country).u can get it from any library (as in ur faculty) for a couple of days & got it by scanner, or photocopied at any shop!
