see if your doctor can give you a medicine for the nausa and possibly reffer you to a nutritionist, i had gestational diabetes during my 2nd pregnancy. be careful about diet pills they may have bad interactions with ohter meds you have to take. i dont have your condition but have never had doctors say anything about my weight even when i was 245lbs , i am now 156, i took stacker 3 xplc pills pigged out all the time and didnt work out at all except for tqaking care of my 2 girls under age 3. after a while i could tell they were really starting to mess with my heart and it felt like my body was in shock from losing so much weight so fast in 4 months. it made me sick and i had to stop them. now im taking alli that is fda aproved. i got to stick to a diet but i found alot of meals i like already that are low in fat and calories, i worked out for 3 days and kinda just got lazy but am trying to eat better. alli works in your digestive tract so you dont get head aches or hearty problems, find a nuitrituonist to help you create a healthy diet of foods and meals you like that you can have so it wont be as much of a strugle to stick to, its great you lost the 25lbs and because it was slower your body had time to adjust to using less to suport its functions healthily. keep working at it and it will come off. if you slip up on a diet oh well every one does dont beat yourself up over it, just look how well you were doing and how far you got just plan to keep douing that for that amount of time but 1 day over and keep going, you can do it!

well when my blood sugar was high i did get thrush a fair few times which was always manged again with the tablets

but now i have my blood sugar under control it has basiclly stopped

my advice to is to bring your blood sugar levels down as not only will the thrush dissapear you are saving yourself from future complications such as going blind
