Then the slower acting ones like Bu Spar. it does work fast as well but if taken correctly it will work even better over time. Bu Spar is in a class of its own. it will also make you drowsy and dizzy you will also feel a great feeling of happiness while on this medication.

Then theres the very slow acting zoloft. it takes weeks to get any effects. after a few weeks you may feel dizzy, drowsy, and stimulated. zoloft is an anti depressant with an anti anxiety effect as well.

People have been taking that combination for a while, but Xanax as well as Adderall can be highly addictive. I hear Xanax is worse. What you might want to try before trying for a Xanax Rx would be to go to GNC or some other vitamin store and buy L-Theanine. It is an herbal pill for anxiety with no side effects at all. It has greatly reduced anxiety of a lot of people I know that are also taking Adderall. If that doesn't work, talk to your psychiatrist.

I have taken Ativan, Lithium, Xanax and Klonapin for anxiety.
If your anxiety is more of a random occurance rather than constant, I would recommend Xanax for a quick fix.
If you suffer from more of a constant anxiety, such as social anxiety disorder, I would suggest Klonapin, which is also prescribed for sleep disorders. In my opinion, it doesn't work as fast as Xanax, but then it does stay in your system for quite a bit longer than Xanax. I also noticed that with Xanax, the dosage tends to need to be raised every so often, cause your body builds up a tolerance. I never noticed that with Klonapin. I took the same dose for 2 years.
Another thing to work on, try to figure out what your anxiety triggers are. Just knowing them is quite helpful in dealing with an attack.
