Medicine For Arthritis
Juan Said:
Can anyone recommend a good OTC arthritis medicine? We Answered:
I take Arthritis Formula Tylenol... 2 in the a.m. and 2 in the p.m. and it's the only thing that works for me. My Rheumatologist told me that it's as good and much safer than taking prescription meds with multiple side effects. I hope that helps. Good luck!Gloria Said:
Do you know a good medicine for arthritis? We Answered:
Nothing beats good old aspirin. It is a dangerous drug however, and should not be taken at full strength (325 mg)everyday unless the doc says to do so.Take arthrotech on the days you don't take the aspirin and keep the arthritic joint in good tone muscularly.
Ice is always effective in taking away most arthritic pain.
Then there is chondritin and glucosamine stuff but they are ineffective if cartilidge damage is too far gone.

Try going to www.realage.com it's run Dr. Oz. The same Dr. that is on t.v.You can also Google Dr. Oz and find his website from the show. He does say there are a lot of spicy foods that are helpful.
They have a lot of information there. Foods, exercise and other tips.
