If your taking a name brand pill not a generic, ask your doctor why! You want to save money. Mine is a generic, works well.
Avoid shellfish, advocados they have high cholesterol. Ask your doctor for the sheet of lower cholesterol foods. Which to avoid which to eat in moderation.
Another yogurt with gelatin in it is Yoplait. Works good too. I like the chocolate one.
