it is never a good idea to mix medicines without Professional advice. you should talk to your pharmacy and see what they advise if they think you should see a doctor they will advise this . i found that i had to go to the doctor for my headaches and was prescribed propranolol . but some doctors are reluctant to give it as it is a beta blocker . but it does help . i would certainly get some advise and watch what your doing in the meantime with stuff your taking . good luck .
