not sure what the 1st one was called or how it was discovered.
I think HIV medication is free on the nhs in the uk, but as far as other countries are concerned i'm not sure. not very helpful maybe but at least i tried! xx

The medicines available for HIV patients have to be prescribed by a doctor, usually as a "combination therapy"... there are many of them and what meds, dosage etc would need to be carefully worked out.

Have you been diagnosed? What country are you in? Local health services should be able to help you.
