For me Vicodin or Percocet is the best, but doctors are so stingy with it! So any of the "triptan" meds work well too, such as: Imitrex, Axert, Maxalt, Frova, Relpax, etc. These are all prescription meds and none of them have caffeine. I haven't found any OTC meds that help me at all and they tend to cause rebound headaches, especially Excedrin because of the caffeine. To me, if OTC meds relieve your 'migraine' then it's probably not a migraine to begin with!Leo Said:
