Seven neem (Azadirachta indica) seeds each day for 7 days. May drink one glass of water after each dose. Within a day constipation is removed, within three to four days the pain and the external piles retreats. In a weeks' time many cases are cured, not all. The seeds are bitter in taste but sweet after some time or after drinking water, mouth feels refreshed. It is a fine natural germicide for mouth and stomach, but should not be used indiscriminately.

Homeopathically, for bleeding piles use three doses of Hamamelis 30 for one day. Chances are that you will not have the bleeding or piles again.
