i'm assuming piles are hemorrhoids. Get them taken off at your doc's office, or try some preparation H. Don't bear down when you poop, use some stool softeners like metamucil.

I have piles as well since last four years and i am 31 yrs old and live in london. i have been to doctors and read many articles on websites as well, what i have understood is the surgery is not the solution as there are chances that even after surgery piles may come back. what i am doing is right now is using anusol suppositeries and germoloids cream, use suppositteries twice in a mth and eating lots of fibre food like (brown rice, wheat pasta, lots of steamed vegetables, fruits and drink as much of water as u can). recently i have been to india and somebody has asked me to take PILEN forte 5 to 10 drops thrice in a day, i have just started using this medicine since last two weeks, people claim that it's very useful and shrinks piles from the root itself. just heard and i dont know how true is this but still using. if you hae lot of pain than u can use Pilex tablets only for somedays and u will get relief from the pain. whatever i know about piles i have shared information with you, rest is your decision, take care and eat lots lots of fibre food, cause with that u wont get constipation.
